Administrative Assistant / Travel Coordinator

Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with lead travel advisor to execute and ensure seamless travel for clients

  • Build and organize complex itineraries

  • Book various elements of travel and communicate with hotels and suppliers

  • Coordinate concierge services like dining reservations, activities, spa appointments, etc. for clients

  • Support lead travel advisor in other aspects of the business like invoicing, research, social media, and marketing.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Organized, strong attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks at a given time

  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Previous hospitality, concierge, or customer service experience a plus

  • Must have own computer with internet access and cell phone
