Once LGTC receives your contact form, I will reach out to schedule an initial phone call. At this time, I want to get to know you and what your vision is for your perfect vacation. After our call, if you’d like to move forward working together, I will send you a client agreement and invoice for planning fees.

*Please inquire about planning fees as they are based on complexity of the trip.

+ ITINERARY DEVELOPMENT

Based on our conversation and the information you’ve provided, I get started designing a bespoke itinerary, tailored just for you, with recommendations for accommodations and activities that I think you’ll love. Once you review the itinerary, I fine-tune it until it is exactly how you desire. Please note, you are welcome to be as involved or uninvolved through this process as you wish!

+ RESERVATIONS

Let’s make it official! Once the itinerary is perfected, I will take care of making all of your reservations. After I have secured your bookings, like flights and accommodations, I can arrange activities, private tours, restaurant reservations, spa appointments, and anything else you are looking for. I will also alert you about when deposits are due, how to obtain any required visas, and recommend a travel insurance policy. You’ll receive all your confirmations along with a complete digital itinerary that can be accessed through your own personalized mobile app!

Your bags are packed, your finalized itinerary is in hand, and you are off on the trip of a lifetime. As always, I’m here for you if you need me while you’re away!
